Every child deserves to sleep grand and dream above their wildest imagination.
One of the ways that Grand Furniture gives back to our Hampton Roads community is by serving those who are most in need: our children. At Grand Furniture, we believe that a house is not a home until you get a good night's sleep.
Through our A Chance to Dream Grand program, furniture, bedding, and other essential items have been donated to a variety of charities and causes throughout the Hampton Roads area — from ForKids and CHIP (Children's Health Insurance Program), to VetsHouse, Habitat for Heroes and Norfolk Redevelopment Housing Authority.
In addition, to these charities you can nominate a deserving family in need please review the qualifications below and complete the nomination form.
Nominate a Child
A CHANCE TO DREAM GRAND QUALIFICATIONS
To nominate a deserving child in need of a mattress, please review the following qualifications.
- Must be a resident of the Hampton Roads community
- Children in need between the ages of 3 and 17
- Families with very low income, lives in poverty, or transitioning from homelessness
- Nominations may be received by a school social worker, case manager, church member, and other charitable organizations
NOTE: Review and selection process of deserving children varies. (quarterly, semi-annual, annually)
